            <description><![CDATA[<p>Position is responsible for management, or assisting management, of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success factors are met. Progression to this level is based on experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, and should align with business unit personnel needs to manage the portfolio. This position is assigned to McGuire Major Projects group at McGuire Nuclear Station. The position serves as the unifying agent providing leadership, management, direction, coordination, and control of the overall project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of The Company. This position is considered a leadership position; minimum qualifications must be met to be placed within this position. The P&C Scoper is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. Employees in this position are fully competent in the use of concepts and procedures. The P&C Scoper identifies problems, develops solutions and takes action to resolve.<br> <br> Responsibilities:<br> Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:<br> -Create the Protection & Controls (&ldquo;Electrical&rdquo;) scope of work for capital improvement projects to ensure constructability, regulatory compliance and adherence to industry and client standards.
