            <description><![CDATA[<h2><strong>Senior Electrical Engineer â Power & Utilities</strong></h2><p><strong>Pay:$67.00- $86.50 per hour DOE</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid â 2 days onsite minimum)<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $140,000 â $180,000<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Direct Hire<br><strong>Travel:</strong> Up to 25%<br><strong>U.S. Citizenship Required</strong></p><hr><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>The energy industry is evolving rapidly, and we are expanding our <strong>Power & Utilities team</strong> to support large-scale initiatives focused on <strong>energy resiliency, sustainability, and decarbonization</strong>. We are seeking a <strong>Senior Electrical Engineer</strong> to take a leadership role in delivering innovative power and utility solutions while mentoring engineering staff and supporting business growth.</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycleâfrom early planning and concept development through detailed design and executionâon high-impact energy projects.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead and mentor junior and mid-level electrical engineers</p></li><li><p>Serve as a technical leader on utility and power projects</p></li><li><p>Engage directly with clients to understand needs and deliver value-driven solutions</p></li><li><p>Support business development efforts, including proposals, scopes, and man-hour estimates</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with sales and account teams on strategic pursuits</p></li><li><p>Oversee electrical engineering design and advisory services across multiple market sectors</p></li><li><p>Anticipate project challenges and guide teams through complex technical decisions</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)</p></li><li><p><strong>10+ years</strong> of professional electrical engineering experience</p></li><li><p>Majority of experience supporting <strong>utility and power projects</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Active Professional Engineer (PE) license</strong> (any U.S. state) or ability to obtain within 1 year</p></li><li><p>Strong client engagement and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with proposal development and project execution planning</p></li><li><p>Passion for mentoring and developing technical teams</p></li><li><p>Ability to work hybrid from the <strong>Fort Worth, TX</strong> office (fully remote not considered)</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Highly Regarded Experience</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Power distribution systems and microgrids</p></li><li><p>Power generation projects <strong>10MW+</strong></p></li><li><p>HV / MV substations</p></li><li><p>Renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal)</p></li><li><p>Energy storage systems</p></li><li><p>Power system modeling (SKM, ETAP, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Protection & Control, SCADA, or power automation</p></li><li><p>Utility master planning, decarbonization, or climate response planning</p></li><li><p>Cogeneration / CHP systems</p></li><li><p>Thermal utility plants and distribution systems</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Why Join Us</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Clear career growth pathways and leadership development</p></li><li><p>Access to industry-leading technical expertise and innovation</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work on impactful, future-focused energy projects</p></li><li><p>Collaborative culture where mentorship and knowledge-sharing are valued</p></li><li><p>Long-term investment in employee development and internal mobility</p></li></ul><hr><p>If youâre passionate about building reliable and sustainable energy systems and enjoy working in a collaborative, high-impact environment, weâd love to connect.</p>]]></description>
