This person will be responsible for supporting data transformation and distribution to end consumers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure repair development projects are completed efficiently and meet engineering, quality, and customer requirements.<br> <br>You will work closely with <strong>Technical Leads, Structures Engineering, Program Managers, Validation Engineering teams, and external customers such as MRO shops and airlines</strong> to support repair design, project planning, and implementation.<br> <hr><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><br>Support <strong>repair development projects</strong> for gas turbine engine components<br> </li><li><br>Collaborate with <strong>engineering, program management, and validation teams</strong> to ensure successful project execution<br> </li><li><br>Develop and maintain <strong>project schedules and track task progress</strong><br> </li><li><br>Coordinate with <strong>repair design teams and MRO facilities</strong> to support repair implementation<br> </li><li><br>Provide <strong>technical support and engineering analysis</strong> related to engine component repairs<br> </li><li><br>Communicate project status and technical updates with internal teams and customers<br> </li><li><br>Ensure projects meet <strong>engineering, quality, and program requirements</strong><br> </li></ul><hr><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul><li><br><strong>Bachelorâs degree</strong> in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)<br> </li><li><br><strong>8+ years of related engineering experience</strong> or <strong>5+ years with an advanced degree</strong><br> </li><li><br>Experience with <strong>gas turbine engine design, manufacturing, or repair</strong><br> </li><li><br><strong>Project engineering experience</strong>, including schedule creation and task management<br> </li><li><br>Strong <strong>technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</strong><br> </li></ul><hr><strong>Preferred Skills</strong><ul><li><br>Experience working with <strong>repair development programs or MRO environments</strong><br> </li><li><br>Familiarity with <strong>validation engineering and certification processes</strong><br> </li><li><br>Experience coordinating with <strong>airlines, repair shops, or aviation customers</strong><br> </li></ul><br><br><br> <br><strong>#AerospaceEngineering #GasTurbine #AviationJobs #EngineeringCareers #AerospaceJobs #ProjectEngineering #MRO #AviationMaintenance&nbsp;</strong><br> <br><br><br> <br><strong>#LI-NB1<br></strong><br> <br><br><br> <br><br>]]></description>
