We're looking for an experienced wireless telecommunications project lead to own end-to-end design for data center and mission-critical facilities across the U.S. You'll drive the full design lifecycle — from concept through construction documents — across Commercial DAS, Public Safety DAS, LMR, Wi-Fi, RoIP, and tower systems.

We're looking for an experienced wireless telecommunications project lead to own end-to-end design for data center and mission-critical facilities across the U.S. You'll drive the full design lifecycle — from concept through construction documents — across Commercial DAS, Public Safety DAS, LMR, Wi-Fi, RoIP, and tower systems.
What you'll do
- Design wireless systems using iBwave and EDX; coordinate BIM drawing packages
- Lead DIV 27 specification creation and AHJ/carrier coordination
- Manage stakeholder relationships and conduct site visits
- Drive projects to on-time delivery across concurrent engagements
What you need
- 5+ years designing LMR, Public Safety DAS, and Commercial DAS systems
- 5+ years with iBwave, EDX, Atoll, or LMR Planner — iBwave Level 2 required
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 72/1221/1225, IFC 510, FCC Part 20 & 90
- Experience with budgets, schedules, RFPs, and risk management
- Technical or associate degree (engineering degree a plus)
Nice to have
- EDX, Motorola, or FCC GROL certifications · NICET Design Certification
- Wi-Fi design experience · EIT or PE license
