Job Description
HKA is working on behalf of Jacobs and this role is to support Jacobs’ work through HKA.
Responsibilities:
-Establishes and maintains effective sample procedures of plant operations and effluent
-Participates in required safety training, briefings and meetings
-Follows instructions from supervisor
-Follows policies and procedures
-Communicates when assistance is needed/required, informs supervisor of problems and recommends solutions
-Adequately communicates both verbally and written
-Uses time and resources efficiently
-Is accountable for their actions
-Self development applies learning and experiences to make sound decisions
-Embraces and applies new ideas, programs and policies
-Commits to continuous learning and development
-Motivates self and others
-Independently resolves issues using available talent and tools efficiently

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED
-California Grade I-III Wastewater Operator Certification required
-Three years of wastewater experience
-Possess a valid driver's license
