Pay: $32.69 – $44.23 per hour (DOE)

Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of any local office in US)

We are seeking a Career-Level Structural Designer to support the design of advanced technology manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor and industrial environments. This role is a key contributor to the structural design team, responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D structural models and construction-ready documentation.

You will translate engineering concepts into detailed structural deliverables, apply client and departmental standards, and take ownership of assigned scope, schedule, and quality. This position also provides the opportunity to lead small design teams, coordinate across disciplines, and contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D structural models and construction documents
• Produce complete structural plans and details using Revit
• Apply design standards and ensure accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Lead small design packages and guide junior designers
• Review models and documents for completeness and compliance
• Support design automation and emerging technologies
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design issues

Work Environment

• Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of any local office)
• In-office work at least 2 days per week
• Occasional field walks requiring physical activity

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD or equivalent
• 5+ years structural drafting/design experience
• 3+ years Revit experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years structural drafting/design experience
• 5+ years Revit experience
• Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, or Bluebeam
• Experience with steel and concrete structures
• Experience in industrial or semiconductor facilities
