Team Performance Shift Leader
Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
-Assist management in assessing individual and team performance and development.
-Administrative: Prepare shift manning schedules to ensure proper coverage and production is achieved. Record attendance and document vacation and holiday taken. Ensure proper handling and entry of ADP timecards. Document absenteeism and communicate unfavorable trend to the supervise. Advise management of employee issues that may require their immediate attention to safety. Quality, production and personnel issues.
-Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
-Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, following reporting procedures and systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree / Technical schooling is preferred.
-4+ years of progression in manufacturing leadership positions of growing responsibility, with a preference for experiences in packaging solutions.
-Solid ERP system knowledge is preferred.
