Job Description
Position is Hybrid, must be local to East Hartford, CT
No 3rd party Submissions and no C2C
The Opportunity:
Must be customer Facing and have excellent communication and written skills. Self-Starter and with minimal direction.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues to improve overall publishing performance
Improving and maintaining the internal platforms that enable automated and on-demand publications of technical data
Participating in the design, building, testing, and implementing of scalable software by writing clean, functional code for front- and back-end applications
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 8 years of Exp, with Associate Degree at minimum
- +2 years of Proficiency with Python, Java, HTML5, CSS3, XSLT, JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases, web servers & UI/UX design.
- Experience with Corena & other Tech Pubs software.
- Experience with S1000D, ISPEC 2200, or other XML/SGML
- Experience with GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins or other CI/CD software.
