Job Description
We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager (Castings Commodity) to lead supplier development, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations across a global supply base. This role focuses on driving cost, quality, and delivery performance while managing key supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing strategies across multiple sites
- Lead RFQ processes through contract negotiation and execution
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and key accounts
- Analyze data to drive cost savings and pricing strategies
- Evaluate supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery)
- Resolve escalated supply chain and vendor issues
- Develop sourcing plans and establish service level expectations
- Coach team members and influence sourcing practices
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- 3+ years of data analysis and spreadsheet experience
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Contract negotiation experience
- APICS or ISM certification
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
