Aerospace and Defense Technical is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiters in the hiring process
  • Schedule interviews
  • Process onboarding documentation
  • Support New employee orientation
  • Execute employment eligibility documentation
  • Process applicant expense reports
  • Maintain employee files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effective communication with all levels within the organization
  • Perform audits and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
  • Provide project support for various initiatives in HR
  • Utilize lean electronics to identify and implement process improvements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong attention to the details
  • Exceptional follow-through and responsiveness
  • Urgency in meeting customer deadlines
  • Collaboration with all levels of employees
  • Confidentiality with access to employee data
