Senior Nuclear Electrical Implementation Manager
Job Description
Lead. Execute. Deliver — In a High-Performance Nuclear Environment.
We are seeking a senior-level Nuclear Electrical Implementation Manager with proven commercial nuclear experience to take ownership of complex MPO electrical modifications and outage execution scopes.
This is not a coordination role — this is a field leadership position responsible for driving safe, on-time, high-quality implementation in a demanding nuclear environment.

Pay: $68.00- $78.00 per hour DOE
What You Will Own
?? Field Execution Leadership
Direct full lifecycle implementation of electrical MPO scopes
Lead craft, supervisors, planners, outage, and engineering stakeholders
Drive schedule adherence and execution performance in real time
Serve as the single point of accountability for implementation success
?? Nuclear Safety & Risk Management
Champion nuclear safety culture and CORE 4 expectations
Enforce ALARA, FME, and contamination prevention standards
Conduct field observations, readiness reviews, and risk mitigation planning
Approve vendor safety plans and monitor fatigue compliance
?? Technical & Quality Oversight
Oversee procedure validation, mockups, FAT participation, and field testing
Ensure strict compliance with technical, regulatory, and administrative controls
Manage NCRs and corrective actions
Lead post-implementation critiques and lessons learned reviews
?? Outage & Schedule Control
Drive daily look-aheads and execution strategy meetings
Escalate risks before they impact the critical path
Coordinate materials, temporary power, tooling, and staffing readiness
Develop contingency plans for schedule or scope changes
What We’re Looking For
Extensive commercial nuclear power plant experience
Proven leadership in electrical modification implementation
Deep knowledge of outage execution and nuclear work control
Strong background in ALARA, FME, and nuclear safety programs
Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline craft teams
Ability to perform in high-visibility, high-accountability outage environments
