Senior Construction Control Representative
Job Description
In this role, you’ll provide construction surveillance and quality assurance support for USACE projects, ensuring compliance with contract plans, specifications, workmanship standards, and safety requirements. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with government personnel on critical construction and infrastructure projects.
Pay: $50.00- $60.00 per hour DOE
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant construction inspection, surveillance, or quality assurance experience
• Experience with at least one specialized code or discipline listed below
• Strong understanding of construction methods, plans, and specifications
• Ability to prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation for government personnel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Specialized Experience:
• Medical Gases (NFPA 99)
• Life Safety Code (NFPA 101)
• National Electric Code (NFPA 70)
• Plumbing (IPC)
• Fire Protection Systems (NFPA 13 & 72)
• HVAC/TAB (ASHRAE/AABC/NEBB)
• Building Commissioning
• Communications & Security Systems
• Biomedical Equipment Systems
• Welding Inspection
• Airfield Paving & Concrete
• Environmental/HAZWOPER
• Dredging, Painting, and Metalizing Inspection
What You’ll Do:
• Perform construction surveillance and inspections for compliance with project requirements
• Prepare surveillance reports and deliver findings to government personnel
• Review plans and specifications and provide recommendations for changes or corrections
• Assist with change orders, quality assurance reviews, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with CORs, contractors, and project teams throughout construction phases

• On-site role at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota
• No remote work available
• Opportunity to support major government and infrastructure projects
