We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with the repair, maintenance, and construction of public streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, signage, pavement markings, and related infrastructure. This position involves outdoor work, equipment operation, and physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.

We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with the repair, maintenance, and construction of public streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, signage, pavement markings, and related infrastructure. This position involves outdoor work, equipment operation, and physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
Pay: $18.00 per hourQualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and pavement
- Perform crack sealing, pavement cutting, base repairs, and snow removal
- Assist with tree maintenance and removal activities
- Operate and maintain light and heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, chainsaws, and other tools
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Respond to public service requests and maintain positive community relations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects as assigned
- Street maintenance or road construction
- Heavy equipment operation
- Tree maintenance
- Use of hand and power tools
- Reading and following written and verbal instructions
- Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions year-round
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and equipment operation
- Exposure to construction sites, uneven terrain, confined spaces, and other field conditions
