Sanitation Worker

Job Description

We are seeking reliable Sanitation Workers to join a collection crew supporting residential and commercial routes. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive position working outdoors for the full shift.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and load trash and recyclables into sanitation trucks

  • Tag improperly sorted or oversized bins

  • Work safely on the rear of a collection truck

  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards

  • Perform additional route-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Valid Driver’s License or Florida State ID required

  • Must pass background and drug screening

  • Steel-toed boots required at all times

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously

  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, climb, and work in all weather conditions

  • Strong teamwork and reliability required

Additional Information

This is a safety-sensitive role requiring consistent attendance. Physical stamina and adherence to safety regulations are essential. Previous sanitation experience is a plus but not required.
