Salesforce Functional Lead

This position is fully remote within US, preferably EST time zone

We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will be part of a team supporting and expanding our global group of sales, service & marketing cloud users. You’ll have opportunity to work directly with our users in an agile method to understand their requirements and influence common solutions across our user groups. You’ll have an opportunity to grow your skills & experience as we continue to expand the salesforce solutions already deployed and yet to come.
What YOU will do:
• You will collaborate with your colleagues and customers to achieve our strategic vision
• You will develop leadership skills through critical decision-making roles on Salesforce implementations and support.
• You will be joining a growing team with a diverse set of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• You will be part of a team deploying and supporting a Salesforce solution expanding across the entire company, helping our sales and service teams collaborate.
• You will help expand our Salesforce solution landscape, including new clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Cloud) and enterprise integrations.

Education & Experience:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Skills YOU Must Have:
• Salesforce Administrator Certified (must be verified).
• Experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with complex flow development and validation rules.
• Experience with sharing settings.
