Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Support Analyst for our North America Sales & Marketing Division that is motivated and excited to help our sales team deliver outstanding results. The Salesforce Business Support Analyst will be a key member of the CRM & Sales Technology Team. This role will assist the sales team with process and system issues, identify trends and patterns, and recommend changes to the Salesforce Product Owners. The successful candidate will serve as a critical support resource for the commercial team while helping to improve how we do business. As a Salesforce Bus. Support Analyst you’ll get to:
Provide operational support, serving as the first tier of troubleshooting support for the sales team
• Identify and document common issues the sales team faces
• Recommend improvement targets and needs to the Product team
• Provide timely and high-quality support to commercial team members
• Seek ways to reduce complexity and frustration for Salesforce users
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and IT as it relates to systems support
• Handle daily maintenance tasks associated with Salesforce.com
• Develop and produce dashboards/reports surrounding customer opportunities, activities, new product trends, territory trends, and goal analysis, leveraging Salesforce and other systems
• Maintain business process documentation, issue playbooks, and user training material
• Act as a key player in our Operational training strategy of the team
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1+ years CRM system user or admin experience – Salesforce.com preferred
• Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: Salesforce.com, SAP, Business Warehouse, Power BI
• Proven business analysis skills with Salesforce.com or other CRM application
• Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• A desire to learn, grow in your career, work with other to accomplish amazing things, and leave things better than you found them
