The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced developer that can create near real-time reporting in SSRS and T-SQL. You will collaborate with business users under the guidance of the data automation and visualization workgroup.

Roles and responsibilities include –

• Collaborate with business users to define, prototype, and develop SSRS reports and data visualizations.
• Analyze and understand existing Power BI reports and the underlying datasets and data sources they use.
• Profile data in SQL Server databases, Oracle databases, flat files, and other formats.
• Create and implement database and data processing designs to store read-optimized data for reporting.
• Create source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Follow established data automation and visualization standards.
• Other data analysis, report development, database development, data processing, and documentation duties as assigned.

Looking for a resource to be able to break down existing Power BI reports and recreate back into SSRS (MS SQL Server Reporting Services).

Requirements:

Experience Needed –

• Five years’ experience working with SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services is preferred.
• Write complex SQL, including queries, views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Experience working with non-SQL Server data sources such as Oracle, flat files, JSON, Xml, etc.
• Communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Profile and analyze data.
• Basic data modeling.
