The Recruiter will become part of an established Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience while working to fill current openings.
Will be responsible for sourcing and supporting the recruiting efforts for early career professionals to senior level roles.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including: research, requisition management, applicant screening, research/sourcing, networking, cold calling (as required), candidate debriefs, offer negotiations and closing. Manage and track candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System or other tools used to source candidates.
Initiate work plan session, with Hiring Manager of position request, to gain full understanding of job specifications and ensure manager has clear expectations.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to keep apprised of current staffing needs, discussion of candidates, and drive the recruitment process.
Work with the Recruiting Coordinators (or Country Specific resource) to schedule interviews, as needed.
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining consistent and accurate communication throughout the process, to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified/passive candidates for staffing needs.
With the assistance of HR and the Talent Acquisition Manager, provide expertise and consultation on offer negotiation strategy with hiring manager to ensure best offer is in place to capture hire
Consistently focus on diversity and inclusion recruiting awareness to create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and competitive advantage.
Ensure high-level confidentiality with all recruiting data and reporting metrics.
Ensure that all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state & local regulations.
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field; or in lieu of degree, 4 years of additional experience in related field.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience.
Proven experience managing a requisition workload, utilizing full-desk recruiting strategies in a proactive manner.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Ability to fully utilize an applicant tracking systems (ATS).
