As your role is critical to keep our offices running and allowing our teams to focus on delivering. As part of our Conshohocken Operations, you’ll join our collaborative team providing reception/front desk support, and administrative support.
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist Professional who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. You are the face of Jacobs as visitors, clients and our own teams enter the facilities. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. As the Front Desk Professional, you’ll:
- Develop and nurture key relationships with Office Employees, Visitors and Guests
- Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls greet visitors; determine nature of business and direct to appropriate individual.
- Maintain neat and organized and safe office.
- Manage conference room use, reconcile conflicts, and post schedules.
- May assist with meeting set-up, including procuring food and equipment. Escorting Caterers to conference rooms.
- Maintain guest and visitor sign in/out; oversee the distribution and return of employee and visitor access badges.
- Deliver excellent customer support to both internal staff and external clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Submit catering invoices for payment thru Concur system.
- Role is office-based. *This is a part-time role, approximately 30 hours per week (Tuesday – Thursday | 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).*
