Client: Blue Origin
Project: Launch Pad Rebuild Efforts (All Positions Onsite)
Location: Cape Canaveral, FL
Start: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 4 months
Schedule: June 15, 2026 – October 15, 2026 (with potential to extend into November 2026)
Work Schedule: 12-hour days, 4 days on / 4 days off

Job Description
This is a leadership role in Construction Quality Management. The selected candidate will serve as a fully embedded member of the Owner’s Construction Management team, responsible for applying extensive quality management expertise to support safe and timely delivery of assigned workstreams.
The project includes multiple Lines of Effort ranging from structural restoration to complex piping, power and controls, and cryogenic liquid fuel systems. Candidates will be assigned based on experience and project needs.

- Candidates may come from any US location
- Lodging and travel costs to and from site will be covered
- Paid travel home built into rotation (assumes every other 4-day break)
- Employees will be paid for hours worked
- Additional travel details to be discussed
Eligibility
- US Citizenship or legal residency required
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must be available for full onsite deployment (no remote/hybrid options)

- Demonstrate leadership in Safety and Quality
- Lead by example while promoting ownership and accountability
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedule
- Escalate issues or concerns when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience accepted)
- 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Management
- Experience with large-scale structural steel and concrete construction
- Experience with electrical systems, process utilities, instrumentation & controls
- Experience supporting commissioning activities preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC programs on complex construction projects
