Project Manager II – Nuclear / Capital Programs
Pay: $71.00- $81.00 per hour DOE
Location: Hybrid (onsite at nuclear facility; Charlotte office option)
Per Diem: Available for qualified candidates
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support a Strategic Capital Fuel Cycle Extension Program. This role focuses on managing engineering analysis and licensing activities that support long-term nuclear fuel cycle extensions. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals and experience in regulated or utility environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
9+ years of project management experience
OR
5+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
Proficiency in core project management principles
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment
Experience coordinating across technical and leadership teams
Preferred (Nice to Have)
PMP, CAPM, PE, or construction-related certifications
Master’s degree (MBA, Project Management, or similar)
Utility, nuclear, or construction management experience
Knowledge of scheduling and cost controls
