Title: Project Manager II – Power Uprate Program (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week, Flexible Schedule)
Pay: $71.00- $81.00 per hour DOE

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support engineering analysis, licensing, and equipment replacement projects for a Power Uprate Program at a nuclear facility. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers a flexible schedule and involves managing projects across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support power uprate projects including engineering analysis and licensing
Prepare project cost estimates and schedules
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, from individual contributors to senior leadership
Ensure projects adhere to utility standards, regulations, and safety requirements
Required Qualifications:
9+ years of project management experience OR 5+ years with a Bachelor’s in Engineering
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university
Proficient in project management principles
Experience in project cost estimating for engineering, procurement, and construction
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s in Business, Project Management, or related field
PMP, CAPM, or CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License
Knowledge of utility industry, construction management, and cost/schedule control
Previous experience in nuclear or energy project management
