Project Coordinator – Facilities / Engineering
Job Description
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support facility and engineering projects by managing connection data, coordinating across teams, and assisting with field verification activities.
This role works closely with project teams and clients to track and manage points of connection (POCs) within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Pay: $35.58-$48.94 per hour DOE
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain project databases and tracking systems
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to gather and verify data
- Review drawings and markups (Bluebeam) to support project planning
- Attend project meetings and support execution activities
- Perform field verification of connections, layouts, and installations
- Support day-to-day project needs and client priorities
What You Bring:
- Experience working with complex databases
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as needed
Bonus:
- Semiconductor or manufacturing facility experience
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or process systems
- Familiarity with facilities operations or engineering environments
Location
Hybrid – Manassas, VA (onsite + travel to client site as needed)
