Project Admin. Assistant

The Project Adm. Assistant will set up and maintain files, refer callers, arrange meetings, breakfasts/lunches and conferences, receives, refers and answers mail.
Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage.
Uses personal computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Associates degree preferred
Industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated skills in creating and formatting spreadsheets, presentations and documents, and email/scheduling experience strongly desired (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Skype, Lotus, etc.).
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software required, and Access, Powerpoint.
Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills, teamwork, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong analytical skills.
Must be proactive and have the ability to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Good judgment in resolving issues, the ability to maintain confidential information, the ability to work independently to achieve results, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required.
US Citizenship required.
