Job Description
| Focus on production planning, manufacturing readiness, review and generation of production plans. Oversee cross functional special project planning and execution. The ideal candidate would be familiar with RTX Lifecycle Program Management(RLPM). With an emphasis on working on Production Plans: manufacturing readiness levels, ensure continuity of supply, capacity/throughput plans, creation of baseline production plan to align with RLPM requirements, associated gap analysis, and monthly progress reporting. This candidate will be a direct line to the program office to support special project planning and execution. support and report out on recovery plans for overdue products (will monitor and track manufacturing process and associated material position). Support and manage cost reduction project planning. Looking for someone with operations management experience or supply chain experience. This role will focus on standard operations management tasks. • SAP skills to understand production order statuses, part shortages, and demand/part allocation • Part shortage analysis • Good communication skills as this role will interface with multiple operations groups and factories • Data analytics/excel skills • Manufacturing experience primarily in mechanical components |
While this role is hybrid, the contractor needs to understand with flexibility comes an expectation of supporting hardware onsite when hardware is flowing. Shift Hours: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM. EST to help bridge the gap between WLOX and Poland factories. Polish language would be a great addition to the above skillsets for this role. Manager is open to reviewing candidates that have work experience in lieu of a degree.
