Job Description:
The Procurement Specialist for Healthcare Linen Services Group is responsible for the day-to-day purchasing related activities, vendor management, and contract compliance.


Pay: $27–$30/hour DOE


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement operations

  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintains professionalism and handles confidential information appropriately


Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve purchase orders in NetSuite

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance

  • Monitor open orders and resolve delivery issues

  • Conduct invoice and tariff reviews

  • Track budgets and provide reporting support

  • Troubleshoot copier and printer issues

  • Manage company cell phone logistics

  • Resolve A/P and NetSuite-related issues

  • Maintain vendor database and procurement records

  • Assist with credit applications and COI requests

  • Support material orders and onboarding of new suppliers


Contract: 3–6 months, with potential to go permanent
