We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support large-scale Capital Projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This onsite role is responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong scheduling expertise, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to drive successful project delivery.

Pay

$55–$65/hour (based on experience, education, and project scope)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for capital projects
• Analyze critical path, durations, and sequencing to optimize timelines
• Facilitate scheduling and planning meetings with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams
• Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
• Allocate and level resources across project phases
• Track milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain schedule documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Promote strong communication and collaboration across teams

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on large capital projects
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, nuclear, or other regulated industries
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading scheduling or planning meetings
