Planner III – Nuclear
Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Planner III to support nuclear projects by developing and coordinating high-quality work instructions that ensure safe, efficient, and on-schedule implementation.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Quality teams to translate project scope into executable plans, procedures, and work orders.
Pay: $54.00- $64.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform field walkdowns of systems, structures, and components (SSCs) with cross-functional teams
- Develop and refine work packages (drawings, work orders, TNs, TTs, IPs, MPs, PTs)
- Ensure quality control requirements and inspections are properly integrated
- Support procedure selection and development with Technical Support
- Lead pre-job reviews with craft to ensure clear understanding of scope and execution
- Provide field oversight to ensure work aligns with design and planning
- Coordinate design changes and work order revisions when conditions change
