Pay: $53.96- $71.94

Location: Hybrid or Onsite (project-dependent)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support EPCM projects by developing, analyzing, and maintaining CPM schedules. This role plays a key part in schedule integrity, recovery planning, and project controls reporting, working closely with engineering and project teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in an EPCM environment

  • Strong understanding of engineering processes and project deliverables

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain CPM project schedules

  • Analyze schedules and recommend mitigation or recovery actions

  • Lead or participate in Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions

  • Support monthly project controls and reporting

  • Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM)
