Part-Time Marketing Operations & Project Support Analyst
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
Location: Virtual – Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Part-time, 32–40 hours/week
Position Overview
This part-time role supports a Product Marketing & Acquisition Team that functions as a full-service marketing and promotion group. The position focuses on paid media operations, project coordination, and marketing support, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, invoices are processed accurately, and stakeholders stay informed.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage approximately 100 paid media invoices per month, including review for accuracy, application of correct accounting codes, and timely system entry
Ensure invoices are submitted correctly and on time to meet agency and contractual requirements
Support paid media campaign operations by maintaining monthly campaign calendars and coordinating reporting calls with internal and agency stakeholders
Review and route paid media reporting decks for accuracy ahead of monthly meetings
Maintain and update a real-time project status report tracking all active and in-development media campaigns
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and meeting space coordination for annual media planning sessions
Maintain and upload documents to a centralized Microsoft Teams site, including media forms, templates, contacts, and reference materials
Conduct research on emerging paid media channels and trends and share insights with the marketing and agency teams
Support data and media coordination efforts with LiveRamp, including campaign list preparation and cross-team coordination
Serve as back-up contact for the media agency when the primary contact is unavailable
Provide additional support to the Marketing Management team, including non-marketing requests such as T&Cs updates, list pulls, transactional communications, legal/disclaimer reviews, proofreading, and audit support (approximately 15–25% of time)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
Experience processing invoices, financial tracking, or managing budgets
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting paid media or advertising campaigns
Familiarity with marketing agencies and vendor coordination
Experience with marketing or financial systems (e.g., CAPS or similar platforms)
Experience preparing or reviewing reporting decks and performance summaries
Exposure to data platforms or audience tools such as LiveRamp
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
