Office Support Clerk (Temporary)

This is a 30 day/full time temporary position
- The Office Support Clerk will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our Customer Service department.
- Will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and to basic keeping.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have general office experience with office machines including but not limited to computers, printers, copiers, postage meters, and adding machines.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
