Job Description

Per Diem offered to qualified candidates, $90 per days worked
1: Must be in good physical shape. Ability to climb stairs while loaded with a full tool belt and harness. Good balance and ability to maneuver on steel members at elevations in excess of 100’
2: Minimum 4 Years’ experience in the Sheetmetal trade. References required
3: Willingness to adhere to all company safety policies
4: Interpreting drawings for project and assessing the processes, materials, and tools needed
5: Basic math skills are required to determine takeoffs
6: Effectiveness with Hand Tools and Power Tools
7: Knowledge of roofing terminology (Rake, Hip, Ridge, Eave, Slope,)
8: Knowledge and experience with basic Material handling procedures
9: Ability to verify roof squareness and structural alignment
10: Knowledge of common sealant application procedures
11: Knowledge of Flashing Installation procedures
12: Ability to solve installation problems as they arise
13: Ability to safely operate Manlifts and Forklifts

Safety Training Required for Craft 1 Sheetmetal Worker
- OSHA 30
- OSHA 10 – (if not 30 certified)
- Fall Protection
- NCCCO Rigging Certified
- NCCCO Signal/Flagging Certified
- Aerial/Scissor lift Certified
- Telehandler Certified
- Hot Work/Fire Prevention training
- 1st Aid & CPR Certified
