Job Description
We are looking for 2 Mechanical CAD Designers for Remote positions within US required
All drawings are 2d drawings which will include, but not limited to the following: Architectural/Civil Plans, Equipment Layout, Electrical Lighting Plans, Fire Protection Plans, Life Safety Plans, Piping Plans/Facility, Underground Plans, Electrical Single Lines, Motor Schematics, Instrument Loops, etc.
The site currently has created several tools for converting the different discipline drawings, therefore the candidates will be responsible to check/cross reference the converted AutoCAD drawing to the master MicroStation drawing to confirm all data translated properly and correct any misaligned data.

CAD Designer to have strong AutoCAD Skills with 3 -5 years facility drafting experience in a manufacturing area. 1-2 year assignment assisting with a MicroStation to AutoCAD conversion project where upwards of 100,000 MicroStation v8i drawings will be converted to AutoCAD 2020 CAD format.
Attention to detail and strong AutoCAD Skills are required and some MicroStation skills would be beneficial, however MicroStation efforts will be minimal and training will be provided.
