Mechanic I – Water Treatment Facility
Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanic I to support maintenance operations at a water treatment facility in The Villages, FL. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to ensure reliable operations.
Pay: Upo to $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and facility systems
Note: Interviews will be held at a different location in The Villages.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance and repair experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
