Mailroom Clerk

Local candidates required
Hours: Monday start time is 4:00 am – 12:30 pm to assist with sorting mail, then key.
Tuesday – Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 – overtime is required when needed
Description
Perform data entry (ten key) of bill account, bill stub, and check numerical data into the BancTec Pay Courier system. Expected to meet minimum requirements of 7,000 numeric keystrokes per hour when entering basic amount data. Must be able to research and reconcile customer payment information. No prior knowledge of Pay Courier expected as training will be provided. Requires basic computer skills and the ability to work independently with exceptional 10-key accuracy. Must be flexible in the work environment assisting in the mail environment, as needed.
