Job Description
Pay Range: 33.00-USD 46.00 USD (DOE)
A-shift hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday – Friday (Eastern Standard Time)

Job Requirements
Position Purpose/Scope:
Responsible for data analytics and project coordination for logistics and business processes. Tracks and reports KPIs for ongoing warehouse and logistical operations with a focus on returnable container handling and its economics. Reviews and maintains internal controls in processes to ensure optimal efficiency. Presents trends, performance, and recommendations to management levels using advanced interactive data visualization software..
Position Responsibilities:
Compiles and analyzes data to measure and assess current returnable container warehouse operations.
Derives assessment, analysis results, and recommendations to management.
Tracks and reports KPIs for ongoing warehouse and logistical operations.
Develops existing and new KPIs based on their effectiveness to steer operations.
Coordinates scheduling agreements with process partners including testing, documentation, user training reporting on progress, and results.
Coordinates and/or leads projects as agreed by management including planning, concept development, implementation, and documentation, testing, and training.
Represents the department in cross-functional projects and coordinates the project needs with affected department members.
Performs big data analytics using SAP, Power BI, Oracle, and Excel.
Coordinates internal audit responses with departments.
Performs other duties as assigned by the management the Operations Supervisor.
Position Competencies:
Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in business, systems engineering, or supply chain management.
Experience:
5+ years of logistics/supply chain management experience
2+ years of SAP, Power BI, Oracle, and data mining experience
Manufacturing experience (preferred)
German fluency (preferred) but not required
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Oracle, and Excel
Advanced ability to review financial data and interpret results.
Expert project management skills.
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Expert problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process analysis skills.
Advanced SAP proficiency, especially in FI, CO, MM, and SD modules.
