Integrated Master Scheduler

This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of a Program Integrated Master Schedule. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

Basic Qualifications :
• Experience with Critical Path
• 6+ Years of Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Experience with Master Schedules in Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS. The worker will telework 50%.
