Inside Sales Development
PinPoint Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Development Representative.
This is a newly created group and role that will be working closely with the Sr. VP of Marketing and Sales to jump start this group. The SDR will build, nurture, maintain and deliver strong C-suite leads that will be closed by Field Sales to create new growth for the company. The SDR will grow this new business by identifying and working with prospective clients through phone, email, social & other digital applications to generate qualified opportunities. There's a fast progression track for those interested in Field Sales, Marketing, Contract & Proposals or other roles. Benefits start on Day 1.
• Target and qualify prospecting
• Present resolutions and collaborate with field sales
• Report on and manage business
• Demonstrated experience presenting, communicating and delivering your thoughts with power
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, including ability to manage multiple, concurrent sales cycles
• Intelligence - learn complex concepts quickly and communicate them in an easy-to-understand way
• Work Ethic - Proactively pursue opportunities with high energy/stamina with demonstrated passion for your solutions, customers and goal attainment
• Experience working with CRM (Salesforce.com is preferred)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of functional experience
