Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician to support building systems, facility equipment, and preventive maintenance programs in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and complete work orders in CMMS
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), and plumbing systems
Maintain pumps, valves, air handling units, lighting, and building components
Respond to equipment downtime and prioritize urgent repairs
Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards)
Operate lifts, fork trucks, and other maintenance equipment as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and use electrical testing equipment (meter, megger, amp clamp)
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights
High School Diploma or GED (Trade/Vocational training preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather as needed
