PAY: $20
Shift: 1^st Shift Actual Shift: 7:30am - 4:00 pm Lunch: 45 minutes Overtime: 5:30am - 7:30am
Contract: 12 months with possible conversion

The position is an ongoing W2 contract. At least 1 year
The position would be working for HKA at the Easton, PA facility.
1 PTO day per month on the 1^st of each month
11 paid holidays offered with exceptions

Fork Lift Operator (Hi-Lo)
Position Scope:
Safely operate a hi-lo forklift when moving around the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height
Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment
Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via Radio Frequency (RF) system
Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station

Education:   
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior forklift certification will be required.

Experience: 
Ability to step, climb, sit, or stand
Ability to safely operate a hi-lo forklift in and around moving machinery
2 plus years of experience operating a hi-lo

Language: Fluent English
