HVAC Technician

Job Description
Pay: $36.00- $38.00 per hour DOE
You'll be responsible for:
Inspections, planned maintenance, installing various building and HVAC equipment/components
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and building automation controls
Documentation of work activities and other work-related activities
Compliance with regulations
Support ERT (Emergency Response Team)
Other duties as assigned or required by the scope of work
Most importantly, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of yourself and your team
Here's what you'll need:
HVAC experience in a commercial type setting
Universal card needed
Ability to work within a team environment
Two to four years of experience as an HVAC technician
Proficiency in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Siemens
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
A valid driver’s license with no major infractions
American citizenship
Ability to obtain a secret clearance to work in a classified space
Ability to rotate on-call and respond to emergencies at the facility within 30 minutes while on-call
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Experience working with municipal utility clients
Trade school HVAC training or certificates
Safe work practices
