PGO Training Coordinator (Onsite – NC)
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support the development, delivery, and management of technical training, progression, and continuing education programs. This role partners with trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as LMS administrator: manage course creation, updates, enrollment, and provide technical support
Coordinate logistics for training: scheduling courses and instructors, arranging meals, lodging, and vendor coordination
Develop and distribute training communications and reporting, including course completion metrics
Facilitate onboarding for new hires: provide PPE, tools, access to systems, and schedule required training
Coordinate logistics for local and international linemen rodeos, including registration, communications, and on-site support
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in training coordination or administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work in an office setting
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or equivalent)
Experience managing databases and SharePoint
