Job Description

THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT, NO 1099 OR CORP-TO-CORP CAN BE SUBMITTED.
NO 3RD PARTY RECRUITED SUBMITTALS PLEASE.

Pay Range: 47.00-USD

A-shift hours- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM – Monday – Friday (Eastern Standard Time)

ONSITE TRAINING REQUIRED; AFTER TRAINING, 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE. THESE DAYS ARE SET BY THE REPORTS MANAGER.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION; ONSITE TRAINING REQUIRED; AFTER TRAINING, 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE. THESE DAYS ARE SET BY THE REPORTS MANAGER. On Site min 3 days a week. Tuesday is required at the office. Hiring manager is at the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Job Requirements

Day-to-Day
Reports financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
Planning and reporting.
Daily processing of invoices and answering business questions regarding actuals or plans. Purchase order approvals.
The candidate must have a strong analyst background.
The candidate will be supporting the marketing spend.

TOP 3 SKILLS must haves:
Excel
PowerPoint
Outlook emailing and calendars

Nice to have, but not required:
Qlik
Data Analytics tools

Position Responsibilities:
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:

Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from the plan.
Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Education:
BA/BS degree IN ACCOUNTING OR LIKE FIELD
