Facilities Support Coordinator
Job Description
Seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to manage workplace operations in a busy office. This part-time, onsite role (25 hrs/week) coordinates vendor activities, facilities requests, and office services.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, repairs, supplies, workspace needs, and vendor activities
- Communicate effectively with employees, leaders, contractors, and property management
- Identify issues, escalate risks appropriately, and follow through to resolution
- Maintain working knowledge of office safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Use Microsoft Office and learn work-order, purchasing, and facilities-related systems
- Maintain accurate records; process invoices, purchase requests, and support budget/compliance tracking
- Work independently and collaboratively while protecting confidential information
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and light custodial duties (office/break room maintenance)
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities, office services, property operations, hospitality, administration, or a comparable customer-support environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting
