Job Description
Pay Range: USD 32.27-USD 51.00
A-shift hours- 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Job Requirements
Position Purpose/Scope:
Provides system expertise and strategic leadership and steering of digital solutions in PI-42 in support of current & future business needs. Develops, implements & optimizes digital solutions – i.e. smart/ mobile maintenance, predictive maintenance, digitized reporting, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares & executes a strategic plan for improved use of digital solutions in PI-42.
Networks with departments & personnel in other areas of faciltiy in support of optimized solutions and efficient implementation.
Develops and proposes detailed plans for solution implementation including timing. Documents supporting processes.
Develops and proposes necessary reporting capabilities.
Upgrades systems as required to support planned digital solution implementation – i.e. SAP project leadership.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Position Competencies:
Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or technical discipline; or the equivalent of 4 years of related experience, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in industrial facility or real estate management.
3+ years of data analytics knowledge.
1+ years of Power BI knowledge.
1+ years of SAP-PM knowledge, including Real Estate Asset Portfolio Management
3+ years of strong presentation & communication skills, as proven through business application.
3+ years of project management skills, as proven through business application.
3+ years of ability to work with minimal supervision.
3+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills, as proven through business application.
1+ years of skills in IMPACT and Agile project planning.
