Job Description
**Hybrid Position 2 days onsite, 2 days virtual**
Electrical / I&C Project Planner
This Nuclear Planner position is responsible for developing work orders and providing execution support for electrical ECs (Engineering Changes) within the Projects Organization. This position will be able to utilize technical input from Engineering Change documents, work with engineering, project tech support, and implementation groups, and coordinate necessary walk-downs, to develop detailed and quality work order packages in accordance with AD-MN-ALL-0005 that comply with all station guidelines and requirements.
• Perform walkdowns during engineering change conception and throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects, when necessary.
• Attend engineering change meetings to become familiar with assigned projects prior to final issuance.
• Review engineering change products during development to ensure constructability of the design.
• Identify and request corrections and revisions to the Equipment Data Base, Bill of Materials, Drawings, and Procedures.
• Develop work order tasks for field implementation and testing of assigned projects with quality and sufficient granularity, which includes, but is not limited to the following:
o Develop detailed and adequate work instructions that comply with all applicable station procedures.
o Identify isolation requirements/clearance requests.
o Define procedures, drawings, and equipment required to perform work order tasks.
o Develop project specific material requests (MRs) for long lead material and any material needed to complete implementation.
o Develop work order tasks for station support groups (OPS, security, scaffolding, temp power, etc.).
o Provide man hours and task durations.
• Work with Project Controls to ensure work orders are identified in a timely manner to facilitate scheduling.
• Provide support during project execution (Online and Outage).
Support various Work Control processes (Online and Outage Milestones, NCR, Action Tracking, etc.).
Job Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required
5 years experience required
