Electrical Infrastructure Working Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Electrical Infrastructure Foreman to join our dynamic team. This traveling position will require the candidate to move from project to project across South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, and North Carolina. .

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in duct bank installation, 15KV-35KV wire, concrete work, pole lights, and other related tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site electrical infrastructure activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee duct bank installations, 15KV-35KV wire installations, concrete work, and pole light installations.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Schedule and coordinate work with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Train, mentor, and manage the performance of crew members.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are available and maintained in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, with extensive experience in duct bank installations, 15KV-35KV wire, concrete work, and pole lights.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively between project sites in SC, AL, FL, and NC.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus.
