Customer Support Rep.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day customer operational support (quote preparation, order entry, order maintenance, etc) to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Manages inbound and outbound flow of customer communications and collaborates with key departments (operations, engineering, quality, finance, etc) to resolve customer issues.
- Conducts open order book reviews and proactively provides customer status reports for orders in process.
- Partners closely with finance to resolve invoicing discrepancies that impact accounts receivable.
- Utilizes CORE operating system and supports continuous improvement activities to drive improved performance to the business.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- 5 years of extensive SAP experience in creating and maintaining orders
Preferred Qualifications:
- CORE Apprentice, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications/training
- MRO/Aftermarket/Sustainment experience working with cross-functional teams
- 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Access. This position in on site.
