Job Description
Description:
- Interacts with customers and gives information in response to inquiries about gas meter replacement project and scheduling of replacement or relight work order.
Typical Functions:
- Takes calls and answers customers' questions regarding project purpose and work order service.
- Receives and handles field tech questions regarding customer issues or service order questions.
- May talk with internal/external customers by phone or email to ensure the best service possible.
- Consults with customers to obtain information and explain project .
- Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and project records.
- Perform program data management activities as needed, including, running reports, updating data.
- Support back-end project processes, such as Return to Utility.
- Refers complaints of service failure to appropriate departments for investigation.
- Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Looking for individuals with passion for serving customers; personal drive to learn new systems and positive attitude.
Additional experience/skills:
- Microsoft 365
- Experience with Customer Information Systems.
