  • The Cost Engineer will be working directly with the Subcontractors, Construction Manager and Supers to establish Estimate at Completion Tracking Earned Value in the Field
  • CPI/SPI Keeping track of change notices and their impact to budget and forecast final Prepare the Total Installed Cost Report Readily explain deviations in forecast
  • Assist with reviewing of Subcontractor Draft Invoices
  • Updating Ecosys / IPCS to reflect current forecast final
  • Keeping Client up to date on forecast final and progress measurement reporting
  • Preparing and pricing staffing plans
  • Cash Flow preparation and update
  • Break estimate into control budgets for individual bidding packages
  • Working with the home office to establish the cost of professional services for home office and field
  • Use of Prolog to assist in TIC reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ Years’ experience EPCM Bio/Pharma Background Field Cost Engineering Experience Earned Value / Progress Measurement
  • SPI/CPI Change Management TIC Reporting Familiarity working with a Lump Sum and T&M Environment
  • Familiarity with Breaking estimate into control budgets for individual bidding packages
  • Familiarity Primavera P6/ Scheduling logic
